Partner app: Clicking on "Browse Lesson" should prompt user to select the child #15

1.Open the partner app. 2.Connect it with openrap network. 3.Observe the first page after splash screen. 4.Clicking on "Browse Lesson" has no action until and unless user selects the child.

Expected Result: Clicking on "Browse lesson" should ask user to select the child.

@RandhirGupta Please take this for the end of March release (once latest Genie is put out).
