Basic Floorplan Toolkit [docs]: Add instructions for renaming elements and kinds. #13

Currently users must read the source code produced by the toolkit before 
realizing that they must rename an avatar to "PC Avatar" for the automated code 
to function. Equally obscure is that elements associated with the geography 
must be changed to the kind "room-element".

Added brief documentation, as well as a link to the tutorial at 
glimmr.wordpress.com, to the Toolkit readme file. Also added explanatory text 
and automated behavior (all room-related sprites are now created as 
"room-sprites" to the Toolkit gblorb/example itself.
