Canvas-Based Drawing: Allow numeric color for variables as well as color names #20

Add new number variables to each g-element for color and, where applicable, 
background color. This would have a default value of -99. As long as the number 
is not 0 or greater, CBD uses the named color value property (or properties) of 
the element. But if there is a valid number to use, CBD will use it instead of 
the stored color value.
