Glimmr Automap: Documentation and minimal example incorrect. #22

The minimal example and documentation suggest that it is not necessary to 
specify which elements are to be associated with the canvas for the window in 
which the map is to be displayed. This was once true, but has since changed due 
to alterations made in Glimmr Canvas-Based Drawing.

This will be fixed in the next release. For now, the issue has been corrected 
on the SVN. Download revision 37 here:
