Add new g-element type to Canvas-Based Drawing: image map #5

Add a new g-element type, the image map. This would take a list as an input and 
draw a grid of 
regularly shaped images based on the map described in the list. Each tile 
should be able to be 
individually hyperlinked.

A draft of this functionality is now complete, but with limited functionality 
due to a bug in Inform, hopefully to be 
fixed in build 6E36.
