Restore street plotting when using the --debug flag #236

Now that we have migrated to using first-class geometries we should restore the road network plots when using the generator command with the --debug flag.

Things to do:

Add plots for both polyline geometry and line and arcs.
Use them with the --debug flag.
Update documentation in the wiki
