Update en.json with dryer programs and washer processphase #307

After purchasing a new dryer, I noticed that a number of drying programs were not present and I have now added them :

LaundryCare.Dryer.Program.Bedlinens
LaundryCare.Dryer.Program.ConnectedDry
LaundryCare.Dryer.Program.Cotton.CottonEco
LaundryCare.Dryer.Program.Outdoor.Sportswear
LaundryCare.Dryer.Program.SilentDry.SilentDry.SilentDry
LaundryCare.Dryer.Program.Outdoor.Sportswear
LaundryCare.Dryer.Program.WoolFinish

I also saw a number of process phases for the washing machine that were not present and added these :

LaundryCare.Common.EnumType.ProcessPhase.FillingDetergent
LaundryCare.Common.EnumType.ProcessPhase.Cooldown
