remove fideloper and add docker compose example for mac #86

On the documentation it stated need to remove fideloper

https://laravel.com/docs/9.x/upgrade

There's an error on the initial setup for new user this pr is for fixing it.

also added example for people that want to run this project on macOS M1 using Sail as mysql dont support ARM
