Custom actions are overriden by defaults #5

Actions defined in the default part of configuration file are not overriden by custom actions. This results in having always the same actions in each controllers, and no custom ones.

That comes from the way the configuration file is loaded and re-populated (function _loadConfig(), in superBakeShell.php). This will be corrected, but as stated in issue #6 , this function may need to be cleaned.
