uBlock-Safari outdated from main uBlock Origin 1.15.24 #111

Describe the issue

The latest Safari version of uBlock Origin is outdated (1.15.4, released Feb 3), and is behind the main release with 10 releases (current uBlock Origin is 1.15.24, released Apr 2).

@el1t , could you be so kind to help us with an update bump to the Safari extension?

MacOS version: 10.11.6
Safari version: 11.1
uBlock Origin version: 1.15.4

If you look at change logs for those releases. Like 90% of it was spent on firefox only features. Syncing that with safari will bring handful of bugfixes at best. I've followed change logs for everything safari is behind on and almost none of it would make diff to us except maybe the nested filter within filter importing, which isn't really utilized much.

@Visnetje The developer just merged the latest upstream code https://github.com/el1t/uBlock-Safari/commit/33e87e15fd6cead10faf41e7c5a46c5f6583d9e1 When he decides to release and update it will include version 1.15.24
