causes exception when evoking window.ga #126

window.ga is assigned something that is not a function, and thus trying to evoke window.ga causes an exception to be throw, potentially breaking the site.

Observed by a user of the site i'm working on. Confirmed as the issue by a fellow developer with a mac.
