Breaking chorus flower by bow #25

I can break chorus flowers shooting them by bow when they're on the field.

Hey this is a spigot bug. Even WorldGuard has this issue! For now I think we will have to wait for spigot to fix this because if we try to fix it, we might cause trouble to some behaviours.
