[README.md] Change Package manager to Packaging status. Repology widgets + pkgs and openSUSE links.

Maybe OpenSUSE bears a mention? There are various incarnations of this on the OpenBuildService :) https://software.opensuse.org/package/libva-nvidia-driver edit: oh and https://software.opensuse.org/package/nvidia-vaapi-driver

I build an openSUSE package on my private instance of the OBS which I haven't put on the public servers yet, but if you need an "official" build with an active maintainer, I'll be happy to provide that service over there.
