Amend render_textrect function to alter fontsize #2

Screens such as MythTV and Footballscores often cut off text. Function should be updated so that text can be resized. Difficulty is that Font object does not allow Font size to be altered.

Font size working. Also want to enable vertical alignment before posting update.
