Add finnish clock #43

I played around a bit with the word clock. In Finnish I had to define the LAYOUT as unicode because of our non-ASCII letters. We also say "half to three" instead of "half past two" so I had to add a new parameter. Also the size of the LAYOUT increased so I changed the static value to sizeof(LAYOUT).

I can't confirm the grammar on the other clocks but I'm happy to merge this into the main code. Thanks!
