SqueezePlayer: TuneIn artwork #53

TuneIn artwork results in error. Likely to be result of incorrect handling of non-local media in artworkresolver.py

@PaulWebster, TuneIn artwork is working for me. Can you give me a station name and I'll try it.

Actually - it works when the station is playing, but gives an error if the stream is stopped when the screen is loaded.

This doesn't crash the script and starting the stream causes the artwork to display.

Can you confirm?
