Rework the ConfigFlow logic #233

Need to rework the logic around how the configflow works and let HA handle what it wants to handle.

@kramttocs; Unless I'm doing something wrong, #230 has reappeared with HA Core 2024.10.0 - or at least I am getting this error trying to run this plugins latest version (v1.0.19) via HACs. Seem the unique ID fix no longer mitigates this issue?
