Fix "favorite" user experience and design #10

The option of "faving" a report should not contain 2 different elements, such as "favorite" button and a start with count of favorites. Let's keep the star and the favorites count and add the "favorite button" functionality to the STAR itself. Then we get to keep minimal, inline clean fav functionality.

do we want one button for like, as is. Or to make it "vote up" and "vote "down", like reddit and other sites?
