Where is the pikud haoref url json in the code? from which the alerts arrive.

In fact, they are no longer. Pikud Haoref blocked the warnings file. The app and the API are no longer active. Read more here.

I know, I search for a new api server. I need to know how it works, I have seen there firestation server gcm and another one called Pushy.me. I want to know how it was previously connected with the api of pikud haoref automatically
