refactor: cleanup unnecessary stuff

Hi Elad!

This is the first pull request regarding the refactoring we discussed. We would suggest that you create a development branch to where we can send our pull requests. Later on, when everything is stable, we can merge the development branch into the master.

In this pull request, I am removing the folders that are not part of the library:

• /scripts
• /matlab
• /examples
• /standalone
