Sequence consensus analysis for enzyme that have a binding pocket for compound X (e.g. for ATP, which is known already)

For this, we need to come up with a short list of highly conserved enzymes:metabolite interactions, something that also has a 3D structure and a bunch of sequencing data for co-evolution analysis.
