add new account button to bot. after you get a uuid from helpers.py send it with its config_link to the user. idk how you remember that this user is the one you have given that particular uuid to. but remember it whether by saving his telegram id or something.

before giving a uuid tell users our terms of service and get confirmation. its text will be posted here but it tells the user service is allowed to be down at max 6 hours a month or some other warnings about unexpected situations and ...
