Add e2e tests with puppeteer #155

This PR adds e2e UI tests for the read-only views:

Render chords page
Individual song view
Functional hamburger menu

Tests for DB shenanigans will be in a separate PR.

Not tested

What songs show up on all songs - Depends on what's in the DB, tested manually.
Search functionality - Too finicky to wait for jQuery UI, test this manually
Tags on all song page - Not testing now because I'll probably change this UI soon
Convert page - Not that functional of a tool, likely need to clean up code again.
