Parser reliability

• File: parser.py
• Currently, lyrics only get added if there’s a chord so automated parsing sometimes misses lines
  • Add lyrics that don’t have an associated chord line
• Automatically get rid of useless lines ex: tabs, instrumental sections
• Automatically parse weird characters ex: ', “, ”

Status:

1. Instrumental sections + lyric lines without chords are handled correctly thanks to @andersk :D
2. Separate ticket for handling tabs: https://github.com/elainewlin/MusicParsed/issues/18
3. ??? I don't remember what this meant.
