dependence histogram option for 2D histos #18

Hey Ted,

This merge will add an option to the plotter, such that each page of 2D histos will be followed by a page of their 2D dependence heatmap. See example [0]. I tried for a pomodoro to fix the z-axis title, but can't figure out why I can't seem to control it. Otherwise it's a nice new feature. utils.dependence may be subject to changes in the future.
