Add more actions for playlists in courses

List of features to add:

• sorting playlists
• deleting playlists
• change the playlist's name
• change visibility settings
• allow student upload per playlist (not per course as it is currently)

Possible way of displaying playlists in order to facilitate these features: a grid view.
