Try not to require `ROLE_ADMIN` in opencast #911

We should try to specify more clearly which rights the Stud.IP-Plugin actually needs in Opencast instead of just giving it ROLE_ADMIN (see https://github.com/elan-ev/studip-opencast-plugin/issues/725).
