Changes:

Fix incorrect or empty author by using the returned oc metadata presenter. Opencast treats the dcc creator field as presenter.
Rename "Autor" zu "Vortragende"
Add input fields for adding and updating presenters
Show perm name first in access tooltip
Show contributors during video processing

@tgloeggl Should we change the author column to presenters in oc_video to make it consistent with the user interface?
