Remove dependency of Slim v3 #943

Stud.IP Opencast Plugin has a dependency of Slim v3 that conflicts with the Stud.IP core system v5.1+ which uses Slim v4. As other plugins use the core's Slim, the websites crashes if those plugins accidentally use Opencast Plugin's v3.
