Error upon compile

I was trying to test the copy...with with program snake FP2.elan. However, I don't know if it is anything to do with copy...with or not.

Currently there is a deliberate compile error:

But if you delete (or modify) this line this error is thrown:

However, if I then click elsewhere in the code the Compile status goes green. and you can press run, but nothing happens.

Closing as have determined that the issues lie in the use of any expression that isn't a simple value or reference within copy..with so will add this to #311
