Compile Sass to /dist and untrack

Agree this is a good thing to do.

Notes:

Anyone working on this will need to know they need to yarn run dev (at least just once) otherwise they will have blank styles.
Ideally, we get some fancier system going where Electron itself is involved with the Sass compilation so it's back to just yarn run start
It's kinda weird to have a /src/dist folder here, but putting it at /dist seemed out of reach for the application.
