Adds mapdb.json and map image files #45

Adds a recent version of the mapdb and all of the map images currently referenced.

These maps should probably be in their own directory. I started messing around with adding support for subdirectories to jinxp but didn't want that to be a blocker for testing mapdb support in jinx.
