updatecli: automate the policy bumps #1633

This is how we can bump the versions in the policy section when a new version has been released.

I'm afraid I thought this would be a pretty simple use caes to enable, but I'm validating it without much success. Sorry for the spam. I'll transition to draft while i test this again in isolation 🙏
