So it looks like AWS switched to a JSON protocol for the AWS-SDK v1 like they did for the v2 one. This requires us to update localstack, which I did in this PR.

However, it looks like there is a bug in the SQS-client where it ignores the provided endpoint override to the client when trying to send a message to a queue URL:

The SQS client should be trying to connect to the docker-container based on its configuration, but it ignores the overrides and attempts to connect to sqs.us-east-1.localhost, which is part of the returned queue-url by localstack.

I think the best thing here is to wait a bit and see if the issue gets fixed on AWS side and if not to report it there.
