Typescript definitions for vue integration #865

While the @elastic/apm-rum package supports typescript without an issue. The same cannot be said for the @elastic/apm-rum-vue unfortunately :(

Same for the angular package Could not find a declaration file for module '@elastic/apm-rum-angular'
