Changes in this PR:

Replace Swiftype favicon.ico with App Search logo (also added a 48x48 size because the new favicon.ico contained that size as well)
Update docs URLs (swiftype.com to elastic.co)
Update config option documentation (because of differences between App Search on swiftype.com and Enterprise Search)
