Changes:

Updated to stop using the term "Reference UI". We no longer call in the "Reference UI" in App Search so we should not call it that here
Change the guide to orient it 100% towards someone downloading this from App Search
Remove reference to hostIdentifier and swiftype.com
Add an explicit section that describes how to build and embed this application in any website.
