Enable to rename hardcoded index names #117

This PR replaces #85 due to too many conflicts in order to do correct rebase. I have tested functionality is again.

Starting with 5.0.0-alpha2, beats-dashboards repo is deprecated as all the dashboards are in the repository of each beat. This feature needs to be added to the beats repo as well.

@monicasarbu I did PR in elastic/beats/pull/1439 for the comment above. Is it still necessary?
