Add support for managed identity to azure eventhub input in filebeat #32223

Describe the enhancement: Please add support for azure managed identity for the azure eventhub input. This change might need an upgrade to azures new go sdk: https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-go

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature: More secure since you won't need a preauthed connection string and instead can rely on azures rotation of the credentials.
