[DOCS] The setup command reference for Winlogbeat makes no mention of the "--pipelines" flag

Issue:

The command reference makes no mention of the --pipelines setup flag. It is only explained in the "How-to guides" section.

Please update the Command Reference documentation to include ALL valid flags for ALL valid commands.
