[DOCS] Please clarify what we mean by - The provided modules only support events in English

Hi Doc team,

On Winlogbeat's module doc we stated this:

The provided modules only support events in English. For more information about how to configure the language in winlogbeat, refer to Winlogbeat.

However I had a case with one user, and Winlogbeat could retrieve data:

• From English OS, with OR without language parameter
• From Non English OS (French in this case), without language parameter

As per Winglobeat configuration,event_logs.language defaults to 0, which indicates to use the system language. That was exactly the case, as when the user don't set event_logs.language, whether the OS is in English or French, the events get collected without any issue.

In regard of the above elements, can we clarify what we mean by "The provided modules only support events in English" in this documentation please?
