[Heartbeat] Add ECS for host.name on ICMP monitors #38596

Describe the feature: Add host fields to Hearbeat's mapping to do better correlation. I want to correlate the Synthetic's ICMP monitor to Metricbeat's "host.name" or "host.ip".

Currently, you just get monitor.name and monitor.ip. Describe a specific use case for the feature: We can see a host/endpoint going down, we want to investigate and do more correlation between Synthetics/Metricbeat.
