custom log package_policies no woking after 8.7

i am not able to get custom log package_policies implemented via helm chart configuration. can anyone guide , my configuration is like this package_policies:

• name: system-1 id: system-1 package: name: system
• package: name: apm name: apm-1 inputs:
  • type: apm enabled: true vars:
    • name: host value: 0.0.0.0:8200
• package: name: log name: log-dev inputs:
  • type: logfile enabled: true streams:
    • data_stream: dataset: log.log enabled: true vars:
      • name: paths value:

        - '/var/log/containers/*$${kubernetes.container.id}.log'

        • '/var/log/applog/dev///application.log'

thanks for your response , we are trying to create " integrations =>Custom Logs =>Integration policies via "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/elastic/cloud-on-k8s/2.9/config/recipes/elastic-agent/fleet-custom-logs-integration.yaml" but Custom log Integration policies not getting created with terraform apply. we had to create them manually.
