Introduce AWS VPC fetcher for Asset Inventory to retrieve the following VPC resources:

Internet Gateways
NAT Gateways
Network ACLs
Network Interfaces
Security Groups
Subnets
Transit Gateway Attachments
Transit Gateways
VPCs
VPC Peering Connections
