Remove `logstash-integration-logstash` plugin from the skip list after release to publish docs. #96

While developing the logstash-integration-logstash plugin, we are not going to trigger doc generations for this plugin. So, we are adding it to the skip list. When it is ready, we need to remove from skip list to trigger doc generations for this logstash-integration-logstash plugin.
