I've commented the list-suites and list-tests again.

Now waiting on this PR: https://github.com/phoenix-actions/test-reporting/pull/33

before we can update https://github.com/elastic/apm-pipeline-library/pull/2106#issuecomment-1443296279

and before we can uncomment these configs again.

So if things work well, this is now solved temporarily
