Tested by:

Forking elastic/distilbert-base-cased-finetuned-conll03-english to a private repo
Running eland_import_hub_model using --hub-access-token and HUB_ACCESS_TOKEN
In Kibana, synchronize, start and test the model with success.

I have not tested other task types, to do that I would need help to know what models to use in each case.
