Rhel 9 shows FQDN name for installed agents

VERSION: 7.17.11 BC1

Host OS and Browser version: RHEL9, All

Preconditions:

1. 7.17.11 BC1 Kibana cloud environment should be available.
2. Lower version 7.17.11 agent should be installed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Fleet>Fleet Settings tab.
2. Install the tar/RPM with RHEL 9 agent.
3. Observe that installed agent on rhel 9 shows FQDN name under agents tab

Expected: Rhel 9 agent should show endpoint name instead of FQDN name for installed agents

• This issue is also reproducible on 7.17.10 also.
• Issue is reproducible for both .TAR/RPM installations on RHEL9.
