Add ability to use processors on EA's own logs / metrics. #5298

The logs and metrics produced by EA itself do not seem to be available to have processors like fingerprinting applied to them like other log integrations have.

Enabling this would then make ALL logs capable of having a fingerprint.

What is the definition of done? Enabling processors on EA logs.

Confirm processors working on the logs.
