[Running Elastic Agent on K8s] Re-run scale tests and refresh documentation #5389

Describe the enhancement:

We publish recommendations on how to scale Elastic Agent on Kubernetes at https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/fleet/current/scaling-on-kubernetes.html. The document is based on scale tests that are explained in https://github.com/elastic/elastic-agent/blob/main/docs/elastic-agent-scaling-tests.md.

The document mentions that the scale tests were performed on Elastic Agent version 8.7. This version was released on 30 March 2023, so nearly 18 months ago at the time of this writing. With many positive changes since then, it might be worth re-running these scale tests and updating our recommendations.

Describe a specific use case for the enhancement or feature:

To provide up-to-date recommendations to our users of Elastic Agent on Kubernetes.
